Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed on the event details and any applicable deposit or payment has been received. We will communicate confirmation directly via phone or email.

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate event details including date, time, guest numbers, venue, and location. Maggie's Belarista will not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided at the time of enquiry or booking.

Pre-orders for celebration cakes, cupcakes, and cookie cakes must be placed in advance of your event. Pre-order lead times and payment requirements will be confirmed at the time of order. Pre-orders are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of any required payment.

All pricing listed on our website is a guide only and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on guest numbers, event type and duration, location, and package selection.

Current catering packages and pricing:

• The Corporate Coffee Service — Minimum spend $250–$500 / $4.50–$6.50 per cup

• The Morning Boost Breakfast Package — $12–$18 per person

• The Coffee & Breakfast Combo Package — $18–$25 per person (20 person minimum)

• The Express Corporate Lunch — $15–$30 per person

Maggie's Belarista offers vegetarian and gluten-free options across our menu. While we take every reasonable precaution to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please disclose all dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking so we can accommodate your guests appropriately.

Recurring weekly or fortnightly bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Recurring booking discounts are applied at our discretion and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and change policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if your event details change or if you need to cancel. Any deposits paid may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.

Maggie's Belarista provides live on-site catering from a fully equipped mobile coffee and food trailer. We take every reasonable precaution to deliver a safe, professional, and consistent service at every event.

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust the menu or service arrangements where circumstances beyond our control require it

• Refuse a booking at our discretion

To the extent permitted by law, Maggie's Belarista will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or our catering services. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking or service will not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
